Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://zachalexanderga.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Wedding Music, Corporate Event Music, Live Music Performance provided by Zach Alexander. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://zachalexanderga.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zach Alexander or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Zach Alexander reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Zach Alexander disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zach Alexander's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Zach Alexander in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Zach Alexander against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
